Well, I've had curly hair for a long time (my whole life) so I have a pretty good idea of what looks good on people with curly hair. As far as cuts go, shorter cuts are a little matronly so I wouldn't suggest them. Layers work SOMETIMES, but you have to be willing to spend about 20 minutes on your hair each morning twirling your hair around your fingers, piece by piece. This gives it kind of a ringlet look. I started doing this about four years ago and mine does in naturally now, so you can actually train your hair. If you are looking for updos, I have never liked my hair in any updo except for my prom last year. I fixed my hair like Hermione Granger's at the Yule Ball in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
