blow dry your hair upside down, making it big
with a curling iron, 3/4" or 1", depending on the thickness of your hair, part your hair into sections and curl, twisting your hand with the curling iron to make the curls tight.
spray hairspray, but not too much.
your hair will look great, but remember, this girl has a hair stylist and she's only being filmed for a few hours at a time.. you're gonna be running around school, so your hair won't be as perfect, but you will get compliments*

i do my hair like this all the time
blow dry your hair straight with a brush first,
and then use a very large curling iron to curl your entire head.
Use pantene hairspray after.
It will look gorgeous =)
