well it depends on your face shape. If you have a oval shaped face you will want bouncy layers with straight or sweeping fringes and short crop. Don't have long locks as it swamps the face and draws it out making it look horse like long.

If you have a round shaped face go for longer layers around the face to lengthen the features, and shoulder length cuts that will balance the face don't have short crops or extra long length without layers coz it'll enhance the roundness. If you have a heart shaped face go for long or short layers and long soft fringes. Don't wear short pixie cuts coz they'll exaggerate

the forehead, and short fringes make the face to round. If you have a diamond shaped face go for short, choppy layers will open the face up and balance it out. Don't go for unlayered straight hair as (like oval) it will close the face in and draw it out. and last but not least if you have a square shaped face go for soft, round layers with shoulder length (or above) cuts as it softens the angles. Don't wear blunt bobs with a straight fringe coz it will enhance the angles. Sorry can't include pictures having trouble with computer
