I personally think that long hair has a better orginality taste to it. With short hair, you can't do anything ... exotic! For example, a few ribbons.... wooww! You can't even put your hair up! But with long elaborate hair, you can pull it up into a pony tail, put chopsticks in it, curl it, straiughten it, crimp it, make pig tails.... and the list goes on and on.

But if long hair doesn't suit your face then don't consider it. Sometimes people were born with having short hair.

cant do anything exotic??? i spike my hair and keep my bangs swept to the side. i wear different ribbons and scarves in my hair, and i can dye it more often since it grows out and gets cut more often than long hair. i never have to worry about it when it rains. i can also do a faux-hawk and hats dont give me a horrible crease in my hair.

but seriously, it just depends on the person. i looked like a skeleton when i had long hair.
