do french braids..it will shield your frizzy hair, and it is really cute and will keep the hair off your neck...you can wind ribbons through it or put beads in it to be glamorous

It sounds like I've got the same hair. I'm a ponytail girl, so that's my answer. You can create really different looks just by how high you place the pony tail. When I have the time, I braid my hair.
