I like how I look with my hair half up and half down but I get bored with the same old way. any cute ideas in making it look prettier than the simple original way? how about bangs? cut them long? short? any suggestions? thanks?

I'm the same way, I like the way I look with the half and half, well what I have been doing recently is I put it half way up then I pull my hair half way though (kinda like a bun) then I lay the extra around the bun looking area. I hope I explained that right. To try to explain it another way you know how you can put your hair up and then have half of it still inside the hair tie, well instead of having it underneith have it above then you can lay the rest the hair around it or on each side of it. I so hope that made some sense!

I like to do mine half up/half down, but I loop the top half {like make a ponytail, but the last time around with the band, don't pull it all the way through} and then you can hairspray or gel the spikey part that will be standing towards the top of your head...

Starting at the front of your head, pull the front section of your hair back into two french braids and combine them into a ponytail at the back of your head, while leaving the rest of your hair down. You get a pretty, feminine look that also keeps your bangs back off your face if they are long enough to go into the braids. You will probably have to get someone else to do this for you, since french braids are tricky even when you can see wha you are doing.
