Get bangs, first off. Get them cut to the tip of your nose. Style them by getting a round brush and a blow dryer, and blow dry them to the side, so they are side-swept. But let your hair grow out to atleast an inch below your shoulders or a little longer, and then get some sort of layers.

tniarar is right. I'm 14, and my hair is exactly the same. it's styled with long bangs, and layers. Everyone says it's cute. I don't know if it is, or not, but everyone says it is.
