My hair is long, brown, and straight. Well I straighten it everyday....normally it is wavy. I need a cute summer style!!! I have some parties this summer...so ya.

PLUS IS ANYONE HAS A HOW TO ON A MESSY BUN TELL ME....I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO IT...i kno i'm stupid but plz help.

you have versatile hair it sounds like so you have a lot of options:

a) you could wear it natural with a pretty flower or barrette in it

b) you could scrunch your hair for natural beach-y waves.

c) you could straighten it so it is super straight and do that.

To do a messy bun;

1. gather your hair as you would a pony tail

2. Pull your hair through the elastic stopping so it forms a bun

3. Mess your bun up a little so a fewstrands fall down (several wavy strands on the sides would be so cute)

How about some long layers and hilights. That's always good for summer. I'm not sure about the messy bun.

take the front part of your hair and pin it back kinda like my avatar/picture but your hairs down also usally in the summer girls cut thier hair short with many short layers.

Here is how to make a messy bun:

1] There are two ways to make this style. However, they both start off the same. Collect all your hair in a high ponytail. You can do this by flipping your hair upside down and gathering all your hair in one spot. It's helpful to use a paddle brush for this step.

2]For the first way, wrap your elastic twice around your hair, then pull your ponytail half-way through the elastic. Pull some bits and pieces out from inside the half-ponytail so it's hanging down. Another cool thing is to leave out wisps around the nape of your neck.

3]For the second way, secure your elastic around your hair tightly into a pontyail.

4] To continue the second way, coil your hair around the base of your ponytail as if you were putting it in a ballerina bun.

5]Then, flatten the bun to your head and secure with an elastic. Try pinning it with bobby pins- when done well, this helps the look a lot. Pull out bits and pieces and shake your head until you achieve the desired effect.

Tips:

*A decorative scrunchie always looks great around the base of the messy bun.

*Don't be afraid to experiment- the messy bun can almost be called an art form, and there is no precise way to do it. It's just that- messy.

*This can easily be turned into a romantic look by softly curling the pieces as they fall out of the bun so they are like tendrils.

*Hair spray helps it stay in place

*Don't pull your elastics too tight, as they can break or damage your hair.

*Don't use elastic bands they damage your hair use a hair bobble

youre not stupid cuz idk how 2 do a messy bun either but you should get something that no one would expect.....oooohhhh you should get a hair cut like rihanna's new one (bob), im pretty sure your hair will grow back by fall, then you should get some layers and some highlights
