Super cute outfits and hair ideas?

M'kay, so I have hair that goes down a couple inches below my shoulders, and I'm going to dye it soon because my roots are showing. :P It's light brown now. My hair is always either in a ponytail or down and straightened. It has long layers but they've grown out, and it had side bangs but they've grown out too. I usually wear jeans and a t-shirt from Hollister or somewhere like that. I sound pretty boring, right?

I'm looking for some suggestions on cute outfits (hopefully not super expensive) and some hot haircuts.. Any suggestions, or places where I can find some good suggestions/pictures?

For clothes, I'm very eclectic. I shop ANYWHERE. (Except Walmart and stuff.) I'm open to any kind of style, although I'm looking for something a little more high-fashion that jeans and a t-shirt, or a tank top layered with a jacket or something.. Shoes are a great suggestion too, I want to find a nice pair of heels since I'm sort and I need all the height I can get. :P So really, suggestions?
